White Crow Hops

White Crow Hops  is located in Ancones, New Mexico, on land that has been in our family for generations.  It was once farmed for apples, pears, peas, beans, corn, hay and alfalfa. We observed wild hops growing on the property and we decided to dedicate a couple hay fields to grow hops. Currently, we grow Cascade and Chinook.
